Giving this place 5's across the board because of the amazing Ashley, who was working at the front desk on 10/5/25. I was traveling for work, and even though everything was showing up confirmed on my end, the hotel didn't have any record. It was an incredibly annoying and aggravating situation, but Ashley was so kind and understanding. She got me water, checked in on me several times while I was on the phone with my work's travel agency (for an hour, by the way - 0 stars for CWT and Booking.com), and then even dealt with a rude travel agent on my behalf. Finally, she said enough is enough and just booked me a room. I so appreciate her kindness and awesome customer service. She made sure I felt taken care of and went above and beyond!
Wow. Very impressive place. Got lost a few times but that made it even a better experience. Had a great time with family and look forward to coming back!
Great stay at this courtyard. Very clean and a nice room. I want to give a shout out to Ramone and the manager Matrice that went out of their way to make this a pleasant trip. Their customer service and zeal was extraordinary.
We stayed here for our girls trips getaway to see ICE! At the Gaylord. The hotel is located in a great place, great price, and front desk staff is very friendly! Room was nice and clean! Second time staying here and will definitely back!
My husband and I stayed one night in the handicap room 106. The room was nice, spacious, clean, but the bed was rock hard. One of the worst nights I had sleeping in a hotel. The staff are Amazing! So sweet, courteous and kind. The cook at their bristo, Calvin, is really good at his job. He made a delicious breakfast for us before left.
The hotel itself is perfectly fine. It’s not upscale and it’s not a budget hotel either. Service was great. Everyone working there was very nice and approachable. 5 stars! The location of the hotel was probably a once booming area, but now the area looks rundown. There’s nothing other than the Grand Ole Opry in that area. You have to drive into the city if you want to be in walking distance of good eats and a happening nightlife.
Comfortable stay at Courtyard Nashville. Great location to the Opry. It was very quiet, and the indoor pool was really needed. Lows this time of March seems to be in the 40's or 30's. Relaxing in the indoor pool was fantastic. Room was very clean and had no problems during my stay. My niece is performing in her high school choir nationals, and I think that this is a great place to stay while cheering her on!
I was greeted warmly at registration and had all my questions answered. I decided to check out the bistro and was greeted warmly by Shana and her "chef". Together they were able to rustle up the freshest, tastiest, beautiful Cobb salad with CRISPY bacon just the way I like it! Thank you ladies!
